Refund policy

Return and refund policy. 

• All purchases are final, except for defective items. We must be notified within 15 days of delivery of the defect. We will contact you on how to proceed from there. Depending on the defect we may have it shipped back to us or we will replace the item. 
• Sorry we will not exchange for a different size.  
• Please double check custom work as we will make it the way you spell it.
